Do you take a cut of my bookings?+
Never. You pay a flat monthly subscription and keep 100% of every booking. Payments go straight into your own Stripe account — FieldHound never holds your money.
What stops two customers booking the same slot?+
The database itself. Exclusivity is enforced as a hard constraint at the storage layer, not checked in application code — so even two simultaneous bookings can't collide. One of them wins, the other is offered the next slot.
Can I put bookings on my existing website?+
Yes — paste a single script tag and the booking widget renders inside your page on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or anything else. You also get a hosted booking page if you'd rather link out.
How do customers get the gate code?+
Automatically, in their confirmation email — and only after payment. Codes never appear in public availability, so only paying customers can open the gate.
What about reschedules and cancellations?+
Customers can move their own bookings within the policy you set; anything outside policy comes to you as a request to approve or decline. Credits and refunds are handled from the dashboard.
